Refund Policy of 360 Orbits

1. Overview

At 360Orbits, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, customized educational support services to students, researchers, and early-career professionals. Our services are personalized and involve significant time and effort from our team. Therefore, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

a. Non-Delivery of Service
If a service (e.g., customized CV, cover letter, portfolio design) has not been delivered within the agreed-upon timeline without prior communication, a full or partial refund may be issued.

b. Service Not as Described
If the service you receive is substantially different from what was promised or discussed in the service agreement or consultation, and reasonable revisions do not resolve the issue, a partial refund may be offered.

c. Technical Issues
If a technical failure on our end (e.g., issues accessing a delivered file or web project) prevents you from receiving the service, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time frame, a full or partial refund may be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Services already delivered and approved by you.

If you fail to provide necessary inputs, materials, or feedback required for completing your service, despite reminders.

For consultation-only sessions once completed, as time and expertise have already been delivered.

Requests made after 7 days of receiving the final service output.

Services delivered in collaboration with third parties (e.g., internships facilitated through partnerships), unless covered under specific terms.

4. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us with:

Your order information with transaction ID

A description of the issue or reason for refund

Relevant attachments (e.g., drafts received, communication trail)

Our support team will respond within 3 business days and aim to resolve the case within 10 business days.

5. Revisions Before Refund

For most of our services, we offer at least 1–2 rounds of revisions. You may be asked to approve or reject changes before a refund is processed. Refunds will only be processed after reasonable revision attempts have been offered and you remain unsatisfied.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you file a chargeback without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to challenge the dispute with evidence of service delivery and communication. Please reach out to us first — we're here to help and resolve issues fairly.

7. Policy Changes

360Orbits reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and changes will not retroactively affect past purchases.
